Filled sack gripping device
专利摘要:
In lifting gear for filled sacks, a device for engaging a gathered and flattened end of the sack adjacent the mouth thereof comprises two pairs of tongs. A first clamping bar is disposed at the free end of one limb of each pair of tongs and a second clamping bar, parallel to the first, is secured to two links which are pivoted to the free ends of the other limbs. The gathered and flattened end of the sack is introduced between the clamping bars as the open tongs are lowered, whereupon the links are revolved and the tongs are closed so that the end of the sack is slung about the clamping bars. 公开号:SU715015A3 申请号:SU782570949 申请日:1978-01-25 公开日:1980-02-05 发明作者:Ахельполь Фритц 申请人:Виндмеллер Унд Хельшер (Фирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
(54) FIT FOR CAPTURING FILLED BAGS FIG. 1 schematically shows the proposed device in the open position, side view; in fig. 2 - the same, in a closed program, and and FIG. 3 - the same, front view. The proposed device t for gripping the filled bags comprises a yoke 1, rigidly connected at the ends with the sidewalls 2 and 3, an engine 4 mounted on the yoke with two output coaxial shafts 5 and 6, attached to the latter by means of the coupling 7, shafts 8, passing freely through the sidewalls 2 and 3 and made at the ends with bevel gears 9. The latter are meshed with bevel gears 10 mounted rotatably in racks 11 fixed on the sidewalls 2 and 3. The ends of the rods 12 are screwed on the gears to which m attached backstage 13, placed in the slots 14 of the sidewalls 2 and 3. On the sleeves of the shafts 8 install with the possibility of free rotation of the levers 15, 16 and 17, 18, placed in pairs and made with the possibility of rotation of each pair in opposite directions relative to one another. Each pair of arms is hinged with strips 19, 20, and 21, 22. The free ends of the slats 19-22 are hingedly connected to the axis 23, and its ends extend through the slots 14 in the sidewalls 2 and 3 and extend beyond their limits. At the ends of the axis 23, there are holes 24 in which the rods 12 move. Between the wings 13 and the axis 23 is installed spring 25. The rods are made with stops 26, which, when they move upward, carry axis 23, which in turn ensures the rotation of the pairs of levers 15, 16 and 17, 18 using the laths 19, 20 and 21, 22 and their transition to the open position (see FIG. . one).. When lowering the rods 12, the spring 25 acts on the axis 23, the latter descends, and the pairs of levers 15, 16 and 17, 18 occupy the closed position (see Fig. 2). The free ends of the levers are bent knee-shaped and rigidly connected to the ends of the clamping bar 27. The free ends of the levers 15 and 16 are fixed to the bolts 28, and on them are installed turntables 29. On the latter, the gears 30, with which the gear segments 31 engage rigidly connected to the shaft 32, freely turning in the arms 15 and 16. The gear ratio between gears 30 and segments 31 is approximately 1: 4. In the middle of the slats 29 there are grooves 33 directed along the radius to the vector passing through the bolts 28. In the grooves 33 the trunnions 34 rotating on the ends of the clamping clip 35 are moved. The distances between the common axis of the levers 15 and 16 and the axis of the bolts 28 as well as the axis of the clamping rod 35 are the same. When the levers 15, 16, and 17, 18 are open, the marks 36 are between them. As a result of the rotation of the slats 29, the clamping rod 35 of the pstrap is positioned around the clamping rod 27 and the end of the bag is in a position in which it covers almost completely the clamp} the 1st guitar 27 and the half-clamping rod 35. In the closed position, the levers 17, 18 are rendered inside the levers 15, 16. The ends of the levers 17 and 18, the nonsuit clamping bar 27, are shaped so that, with an increase in the angle of rotation, the rod 35 approaches the clamping UJTaHre 27 and the end of the bag 36 enveloping it presses against the clamp rod 27. At the ends of the shaft 32, two shoulders levers 37 are mounted to rotate, the shoulders 38 of which act on the springs 39. The latter are installed between the shoulders 38 and the supports 40 of the toothed segments 31. The springs 39 provide rotation in the opposite direction of the pivoting bars 29 when lifting the bag 36. The other arm 41 of the levers 37 is loaded with stops 26, and the rods 12 (after the axle 23, abutting against the lower edge of the grooves 14, reaches its lower position) continue to descend. At the same time, first the pairs of levers 15, 16 and 17, 18 are closed, and then as the rods 12 are further lowered, the clamping thrust 35 is thrown around the clamping iganga 27, which ensures the capture of the bag. When the rods 12 are raised, the rod 35 first flips in the opposite direction around the clamp rod 27, and then the pairs of levers 15, 16 and 17, 18 are diverted and the bag is released. The pivotal movement of the toothed segment 31 takes place (during lifting 12 pieces) under the action of the springs 42. Next, one end is fixed on the sidewalls 2 and 3, and the other end is covered with bolts 43, which are fixed on the shaft 32. To prevent the slats 29 from turning back when lifting the suspension bag 36 loaded on the levers 17 and 18, the locking lever 44 is located. The latter is installed with the possibility of free rotation on the bolts 45 fastened to the levers 17 and 18. In the locked position of the levers 15, 16 and 17, 18 of the line of contact between the lug (s 44 and the lath 29 is on the line, pin n) the axis of the clamping rod 35 and the bolts 45. 57 The locking levers 44 are connected through intermediate shafts 46 to the retractable kori magnets 47. When the last cores are energized, the locking arms and the locking levers 44 extend beyond the bounds of the rotation of the slats 29. Between the corners and the levers 17 and 18 there are springs 48, which lead lever 44 in locked position. When the device operates, 1) after turning the pairs of levers 15, 16 and 17, 18 into the open position, it (the device) is lowered, while the flat end of the MeiiiKa 36 enters between the rod 35 and the clamping bar 27. Then the bars 29 are rotated and the grinder 35 is shifted around the clamping bar rod 27. Then a pair of levers 15, 16 and 17, 18 occupy a closed position. As a result, the end of the bag is securely clamped between the rods 35 and 27. In this position, the films are stogur ts, fixed against accidental turning back. The proposed device eliminates the manual labor that is needed to wind the end of the bag around the clamping rods. Lifting and emptying of large bags occurs with its help automatically.
